Contracts are available from basic telephone/dial-in and call out support, up to Facilities Management ( FM ) where we will come to your site on a set time and day every week. we can maintain all your backups, rectify Web intrusions and make sure that all Computers/ Servers are running to their full capabilities
Repair
We will endeavour to fix all hardware problems on site, if this can not be done loan equipment will be provided until you unit is back up and working. Most problems can be fixed by dial in support within minutes of your call.
